Software Engineer, System Validation - EDA Infrastructure
Role Summary
Responsible for leading architecture, design, and implementation of EDA clusters and infrastructure to introduce next-generation NVIDIA products at scale. Work focuses on hybrid deployments spanning cloud and on-prem environments and on ensuring infrastructure integrates from hardware to workloads.

Senior — 12+ years of professional experience.
Responsibilities
Primary engineering and technical leadership responsibilities for new product introductions (NPIs) and production infrastructure.
- Lead technical activities for NPIs at scale with emphasis on hybrid cloud/on-prem deployments.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure workflows, hardware and software releases, workload orchestration, and application tuning.
- Design and document architecture specifications and translate requirements into a roadmap and implementation plan.
- Provide solutions for complex system problems and drive reliable, maintainable implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure end-to-end integration from hardware through workload stacks.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale cloud infrastructure or cloud application services.
- Experience with at-scale infrastructure, DevOps, SRE practices, or platform engineering.
- System-level experience spanning both hardware and software.
- Experience with distributed systems, software testing, deployment, and workload orchestration.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and written/verbal communication skills; ability to work with multiple groups globally.
- Self-motivated, ownership mindset, and ability to deliver under ambiguous conditions.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience developing ML/AI infrastructure, bare-metal-as-a-service systems, or multi-cloud infrastructure services.
- Hands-on experience analyzing and debugging large-scale distributed systems.
Education Requirements
BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (for example physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience; coding experience expected. (Source also states equivalent experience is acceptable.)
