Role Summary
Engineer software tools and automation for advanced packaging and silicon enablement within Intel Foundry Technology Manufacturing. The role focuses on building AI/ML-enabled engineering applications that accelerate workflows, increase productivity, and support research-driven development.
On-site presence is required at the primary engineering location (Phoenix, AZ); collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Deliver production-quality software and AI/ML-enabled features that improve engineering workflows and automation.
- Design, develop, and enhance engineering tools and automation solutions for advanced packaging and silicon enablement.
- Apply AI/ML techniques end-to-end to enable predictive capabilities, data-driven automation, and workflow optimization.
- Integrate ML models and intelligent features into software systems and services.
- Contribute to architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, research, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and approaches.
- Support prototyping, experimentation, and iterative refinement in a research-focused environment.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and cross-functional problem solving.
Requirements
