Software C++ Engineer (Middle)

Role Summary

Develop and maintain cross-platform C++/Qt desktop applications (GreenPAK Designer and ForgeFPGA Workshop) used for chip configuration, simulation, emulation and programming. Work within the Manufacturing team in Lviv to deliver reliable features, tests, and documentation that support the Go Configure™ Software Hub.

Experience Level

Mid-level — typically requires 3+ years of professional C++ development experience.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include:

• Design and implement software features and modules in C++ (C++11/14/17) and Qt.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code and unit tests.
• Produce code and product documentation and adhere to project workflows and coding conventions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, peer reviews, troubleshooting and debugging.
• Collaborate with team members and take ownership of projects or subprojects.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

• 3+ years of C++ programming experience; familiarity with C++11 or newer.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows.
• Practical troubleshooting and debugging skills and sound decision-making.
• English at intermediate level (B1) or higher for team communication.

Nice-to-have: experience with Qt or desktop application development.
