Role Summary
Responsible for program execution of complex semiconductor devices across the complete ASIC cycle-from conception and scoping through commercial sample release. Leads cross-functional program activities to meet schedule, performance, power, and cost targets for SoC projects.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include hands-on program management of SoC/ASIC projects and reporting to senior leadership:
- Manage ASIC/IP development lifecycle and delivery to tape-out and commercial sample release.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Design, Verification, Synthesis, DFT, Physical Design, validation, and manufacturing.
- Track schedule, performance, power, cost targets and enforce program milestones.
- Identify, track and mitigate program risks; maintain disciplined status and information reporting for stakeholders.
- Implement change control, development reviews, and program governance processes.
- Prepare regular roll-ups and status reports for senior management on milestones, metrics, risks and staffing.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and skills required for the role:
- Proven experience in ASIC lifecycle development and SoC program execution.
- 8+ years of program management or related experience (posting also references "Required: 20+ yrs").
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to communicate at all levels and align multiple teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and program/business management track record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to synchronize and motivate program managers and engineering leads to meet program goals.
- Nice-to-have: experience interfacing with foundries and operations.
Education Requirements
