Role Summary
Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex System-on-Chip (SoC) programs. Interface with cross-functional engineering teams (design, DV, DFT, physical design, system emulation) and stakeholders to drive schedules, budgets, NRE, risks, and quality from concept through tapeout and commercialization.
Experience Level
Senior - typically requires around 7+ years of Program Management or related experience in technical product development; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include program planning, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination. Key tasks:
- Define and execute program plans of record: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
- Drive requirements, scoping, planning, and execution of complex SoC projects across multiple functional teams.
- Track program milestones and key KPIs (power, performance, cost); own schedule, NRE, risk and quality tracking.
- Support NPI activities from concept review through tapeout and commercialization.
- Run SOC execution reviews, participate in cross-functional technology/IP/process reviews, and report status to executive management.
- Maintain project dashboards, update weekly, drive closure of checklists, and coordinate with cores/IP teams on schedules and NRE.
- Promote program vision, align stakeholders, set priorities, and ensure deliverables meet objectives.
Requirements

- Must-have: Substantial program/project management experience in technical product development, with demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must-have: Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary SoC or semiconductor programs and tracking program KPIs, schedule, risk, and NRE.
- Must-have: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience maintaining program dashboards and reports.
- Nice-to-have: Deep semiconductor industry experience; experience across design-to-deployment chip development lifecycle.
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to IoT, wireless/mobile, or automotive domains; familiarity with AI-driven reporting and dashboard creation.
- Nice-to-have: Proven leadership/management experience and experience with process definition and implementation.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (as stated in the posting).
