Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Define and execute floorplanning and full-chip integration for high-speed SoC designs.
  • Perform static timing analysis and drive timing closure, focusing on power/timing optimization.

  • Collaborate with RTL, timing, power, and verification teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
  • Document design decisions and provide technical guidance within the physical design team.

Requirements

  • Experience performing verification checks and supporting ECO and tapeout activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with RTL, power, and verification engineers.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-have: experience with power optimization techniques and familiarity with industry EDA flows/tools.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (as stated in the posting).
