SoC Design Manager / Product Lead
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of complex SoC and processor programs from architecture through commercialization. Act as chip lead, technical program leader, and business stakeholder manager to coordinate architecture, silicon, software, validation, and business teams.

Responsibilities
Accountable for product delivery and cross-functional alignment across the SoC lifecycle.
- Own SoC development from architecture through tape-out, silicon bring-up, production ramp, and commercialization.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, RTL design, verification, DFT, physical design, software integration, and post-silicon validation.
- Drive program execution: schedules, staffing, risk management, and milestone delivery.
- Lead trade-off decisions on performance, power, area, cost, quality, features, and schedule.
- Partner with software, systems, product management, and business teams to ensure hardware-software co-design.
- Serve as primary interface to customers, business units, and senior leadership on execution matters.
- Drive production readiness, go-to-market planning, and product commercialization.
- Travel to customer and partner sites as required (approximately 10% indicated).

- Proven track record of multiple successful silicon tape-outs and product commercialization.
- Deep technical expertise in SoC architecture, digital design, verification, DFT, physical design, silicon validation, and manufacturing.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong customer-facing skills, stakeholder management, clear written/verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Program management skills: scheduling, risk identification/mitigation, and milestone delivery.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (as stated in the posting).
