Silicon IP Program Manager
Role Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of silicon IP programs, acting as the primary customer contact from kickoff through post-silicon support. Lead planning, schedules, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts.
Work with a global Silicon IP Program Management Office and engineering teams to keep high-stakes IP projects on schedule and ready for customer tape out.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include program delivery, customer communication, and cross-team coordination:
- Serve as primary customer point of contact for IP program delivery from kickoff through post-silicon support.
- Own statements of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration.
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams including design, verification, applications, and sales.
- Identify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans.
- Report program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers in an action-oriented manner.
- Reduce integration friction and accelerate customer product launches by resolving delivery and integration issues.
Requirements
Must-have technical program management skills and domain knowledge:
- Proven program management experience in SoC design, analog IP, or digital IP development.
- Direct experience managing customer-facing programs with ownership of schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design flows and IP integration challenges relevant to tape out.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional, geographically distributed teams without direct authority.
- Proven track record of identifying schedule dependencies and driving corrective actions.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent degree or practical experience. The posting specifies 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience; equivalent practical experience is acceptable per the source.
