Signal and Power Integrity Staff Engineer
Role Summary
You will be part of the Electronics High Frequency team within the Ansys Customer Excellence group, responsible for driving customer success with advanced simulation tools and enhancing Synopsys’ reputation for technical excellence.
Experience Level
Mid-level, with 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle including product presentations and evaluations.
- Providing best-in-class solutions for signal and power integrity flows.
- Engaging with customers to understand design needs and translating requirements into product features.
- Delivering consulting services and training classes to empower customers.
- Participating in events to enhance simulation solutions.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- MS/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with specialization in electromagnetics.
- 5–7 years of experience in the high-frequency domain using simulation tools.
- Expertise with Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Q3D Extractor, or similar simulation software.
- Basic-intermediate understanding of signal and power integrity concepts.
- Ability to research and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
Nice-to-have qualifications include:
- Experience building automation workflows for RF/Signal/Power Integrity simulations.
- Knowledge of ADS, MATLAB, Python, and CST.
- Measurement and lab skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
Education Requirements
MS/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with specialization in electromagnetics.
