Role Summary

The Shift Engineer will operate within a manufacturing team to establish and improve process conditions, support equipment and materials evaluation, and drive yield and cost improvements for wafer thinning processes.

This role works on-site in Taichung within Micron's MTB PWF thinning group and focuses on process control, equipment parameterization, and problem resolution.
