Role Summary
Lead a global team of solution architects, consultants, and technical experts delivering professional services for PCB development and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) solutions. The role focuses on scaling services revenue, ensuring successful technical deployments, and driving customer adoption of Siemens PCB design technologies.

Responsibilities
Accountable for strategy, delivery, customer success, and team performance across global PCB consulting engagements.
- Define and execute professional services strategy to support revenue growth and customer adoption.
- Own services business performance: revenue, gross margin, resource utilization, forecasting, and delivery quality.
- Oversee SOW development, project governance, risk mitigation, and customer success metrics for complex engagements.
- Act as executive technical advisor to strategic customers; define future-state design methodologies and transformation roadmaps.
- Identify customer process gaps and recommend workflow, automation, and toolchain improvements to increase engineering productivity.
- Partner with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to influence product direction and deliver integrated solutions.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a global team of consultants, architects, and technical specialists.
- Collaborate on advanced workflows, custom integrations, and customer-driven innovation initiatives.

- Must-have: Experience with enterprise system integration, databases, APIs, automation frameworks, and scripting (e.g., Python, TCL).
- Must-have: Strong executive communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with cloud-native ECAD platforms, cloud deployments, PLM/ERP integrations, and industry-specific customers (semiconductor, aerospace, defense, automotive, high-tech).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is required. A master's degree in a related engineering field (e.g., MSEE, MS in Computer Engineering) and an MBA are listed as preferred qualifications.
