Job Title

Senior VLSI Program Manager

Role Summary

Lead program management for Networking VLSI projects, including network adapters and switch products. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track end-to-end VLSI activities, and drive planning and execution to align with corporate roadmap and targets.

The role is part of the VLSI management team within NVIDIA's Networking Business and interfaces with executives, managers, engineers, and other organizations.

Experience Level

Senior β€” minimum 8 years of hardware program management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, execution, and tracking of VLSI programs across functions.

  • Develop and manage long-term program plans, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
  • Oversee end-to-end tracking of VLSI activities and ensure alignment with roadmap and corporate targets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet commitments.
  • Facilitate cross-team accountability and resolve inter-team issues.
  • Identify, prioritize, and mitigate technical and schedule risks; propose practical solutions and mitigations.
  • Drive program execution and report status to leadership.

Requirements

Must-have technical and interpersonal qualifications.

  • Minimum 8 years of hardware program management experience.
  • Proven program management skills; familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal leadership skills across cultures and geographies.
  • Problem-solving, accountability, independence, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive people and tasks to delivery.

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of AI concepts and AI application development.
  • Experience in hardware development, design, and manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with data-center infrastructure (electrical and mechanical) technologies.
  • Long-term product lifecycle planning and execution experience.
  • Proven technical leadership and customer-facing experience.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering β€” or equivalent practical experience.
