The Senior VLSI Front-End Implementation Engineer will develop and deliver front-end ASIC design implementations and automation for high-performance computing platforms used in AI and robotics. The role works closely with architects, back-end teams, and verification engineers to resolve complex implementation issues.

Senior — 8+ years of experience in VLSI design implementation.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on front-end implementation, automation of design flows, and cross-team technical collaboration.
- Perform front-end design implementation for ASIC/SoC projects targeting high-performance computing.
- Develop and maintain automation for front-end flows and EDA tool usage.
- Collaborate with architects, verification, and back-end teams to identify and resolve implementation issues.
- Optimize design for performance, area, and power within project constraints.
- Document design decisions and implementation flows.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in VLSI/front-end design implementation.
- Proficiency with EDA tools and flows (examples: Synopsys and Cadence).
- Experience with flow automation and scripting for front-end processes.
- Experience building or contributing to high-performance computing platforms, preferably for AI or robotics domains.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BS/MS) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
