Role Summary
This position is an opportunity for an experienced verification engineer to join the System IP team at Arm. The role involves developing complex hardware IP using the latest design verification methodologies, focusing on products related to Arm's Corelink Interconnect IP.

Senior level with significant experience in hardware verification roles.
Responsibilities
The role includes the following key responsibilities:
- Specifying and developing new hardware verification testbenches for next-generation hardware IP.
- Improving existing testbenches for enhanced performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Reviewing proposed design changes with a focus on verification complexity.
- Owning the verification environment throughout the verification process.
- Investigating and scripting new verification flows and optimizing existing ones.
- Analyzing simulation data using machine learning to improve bug discovery and coverage.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance verification methodologies.
- Mentoring team members.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience include:
- Experience with constrained-random verification and management of complex verification environments.
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Strong software engineering skills with a grasp of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Competence in developing verification flows and using EDA tools, alongside good scripting skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
- Familiarity with multiprocessing microarchitecture including cache coherence and bus protocols (e.g., AMBA5 CHI, AMBA4 ACE or AXI).
- Experience in Formal Verification testbenches.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
