Senior Test Solutions Engineer
Role Summary
The Senior Test Solutions Engineer at Micron will develop, debug, and maintain code for parallel testing of advanced memory devices. The role involves close collaboration with global teams and participation in designing and debugging test hardware.
Experience Level
Senior, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in test solution engineering within the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining test plans for new tests and algorithms related to High Bandwidth Memory (HBM).
- Development of test programs using Python and C on automated test equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards in all test programs, scripts, and software.
- Debugging and identifying root causes of test issues while providing solutions.
- Conducting statistical data analysis for program validation.
- Evaluating yields/quality with global teams.
- Supporting internal and external efforts to improve yield or capacity.
- Driving innovation to reduce test costs.
- Communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders and sharing technical information.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in semiconductor test solution engineering.
- Experience with digital systems and logic for DRAM or HBM technologies.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
