Senior Test Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing production test methods and automated test equipment (ATE) solutions to ensure manufactured components and assemblies meet specifications and quality objectives. Works with production test, manufacturing and fab teams to debug test processes, analyze yield and device performance, and support multi-factory manufacturing flows.
Work involves test development for ATE, fixture and software creation, yield analysis, and improving test robustness and cost for current and next-generation products.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Use analog circuit analysis and ATE debug knowledge to troubleshoot test, quality, and device performance issues.
- Develop test processes, fixtures, and software for automated test equipment for production use.
- Establish and influence next-generation test solutions to reduce product cost.
- Facilitate and support new multi-factory manufacturing test and assembly flows.
- Analyze test solution robustness through correlated performance and sameness verification techniques.
- Perform yield analysis and work with fabs to improve yield where applicable.
Requirements
Must-have skills:
- Hands-on ATE expertise and experience with testware (e.g., USP, Testware).
- Familiarity with test platforms such as Eagle ETS364/500, LTX Fusion, Teradyne Catalyst, Agilent 407x, UltraFlex.
- Probe card hardware and circuit design experience.
- Software development experience for test automation.
- Practical experience debugging automated test equipment and production test flows.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Agilent customer framework features and scripting.
- Knowledge of Mbayse analysis for both TP and MP; EDGE probe release system and probe build documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage time effectively.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (posting lists Bachelor's degree as the degree level).
