Provide hands-on support for test hardware used in production and validation. The role works with test and manufacturing engineering teams to maintain, troubleshoot and improve test fixtures, handlers and related equipment.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include maintaining and supporting test hardware and equipment:
- Assemble, calibrate and troubleshoot test fixtures, interfaces and handlers.
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance and upgrades on test systems and instruments.
- Support engineers with hardware bring-up, debugging and validation activities.
- Document procedures, maintain spare-parts inventory and manage equipment logs.
- Follow ESD, safety and quality processes in the lab or production environment.
Requirements
Core qualifications and skills typically expected for this role:
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
- Experience building and repairing fixtures, connectors and cabling; soldering and basic electronics diagnostics.
- Ability to read schematics, use mechanical tools and follow technical procedures.
- Effective communication and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Adherence to safety, ESD and quality procedures.
