Responsibilities

Manage team operations, project delivery, and staff development. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic and technical direction for a senior engineering team.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor project tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Coordinate across technical departments and business stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Mentor team members and drive professional growth and accountability.
• Define metrics, processes, and best practices to improve team efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver management reports on project progress and timelines.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

• Over 6 years of experience in technical environments (software, digital-electronics hardware, IP, or similar).
• At least 2 years leading teams of five or more.
• Strong technical background able to communicate with senior engineers and translate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects and overseeing task planning and execution.
• Proven leadership and communication skills; ability to foster engagement and motivate senior technical staff.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the semiconductor industry (CPU architecture, SoC design, or RISC‑V ISA).
• Familiarity with hardware verification lifecycles and tools (e.g., UVM, formal verification, coverage metrics).
