Experience Level
Senior-level. Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in analog circuit design or design leadership as stated in the posting.
Responsibilities
Accountabilities for technical leadership, project delivery, and cross-discipline collaboration.
- Provide senior technical guidance through design reviews, modeling strategy, and simulation methodology.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level designers to support skills development and sound design decisions.
- Manage projects: schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate handoffs and integration with Test, Applications, Quality, and Product Planning teams.
- Drive scripting and automation (Skill, Python, Perl) to improve design productivity.
- Ensure designs meet functional, timing, area, and power targets in collaboration with RTL and verification teams.
- Apply EMI mitigation techniques at circuit and system level.
- Support customer-focused solutions and occasional travel (0β25%).
Requirements
Core technical and leadership qualifications required or strongly preferred.
- Must-have: 10+ years of analog circuit design or design leadership experience.
- Deep expertise with analog/mixed-signal building blocks: op-amps, comparators, DACs, SAR ADC, delta-sigma ADC, pipeline ADC, voltage references, current-sense amplifiers.
