Role Summary
Lead and execute technical program management for NVIDIA's GPU software stack, including kernel components, drivers, and firmware that support NVIDIA chipsets. You will coordinate across hardware, release planning, and customer-facing teams to deliver on product roadmaps and improve planning and execution processes.
Experience Level
Senior β requires 12+ years of program management experience delivering software products.
Responsibilities
The role is accountable for planning, prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and execution metrics for the GPU software team.
- Align chipset and product roadmaps with the software team's capacity and balance global priorities.
- Coordinate dependencies across functional areas and identify planning gaps to keep projects on schedule.
- Make prioritization decisions and represent the team's commitments to other groups.
- Partner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers to ensure integrated delivery.
- Propose and implement methods to unify planning systems and improve project handling.
- Define, track, and report metrics to improve execution efficiency and predictability.
Requirements

- 12+ years of program management experience delivering software products.
- Proven ability to balance short-term delivery against long-term planning and process improvements.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with release planning, dependency management, and prioritization in complex engineering organizations.
- Ability to define and use execution metrics to drive improvements.
Nice-to-have:
- Prior software development experience.
- Experience managing projects involving SoC, GPU, or CPU development.
- Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing.
- Familiarity with software productivity tools and process automation.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
