Role Summary
Lead technical program management for GPU software components (kernel, drivers, firmware) that support NVIDIA chipsets. Work with engineering, hardware, release planning, and customers to align software delivery with chipset and product roadmaps.
Experience Level
Senior — experienced program manager. Posting requests 12+ years of program management experience.
Responsibilities
You will coordinate planning and execution for GPU software projects and drive improvements to planning and delivery processes.
- Align chipset and product roadmaps with software team capacity and priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and identify planning gaps.
- Make prioritization decisions and represent the software team to other groups.
- Partner with hardware teams, release planners, and customers to ensure delivery readiness.
- Develop and unify planning systems, tools, and processes to improve execution.
- Define and track metrics to measure and improve execution efficiency.

Must-have
- 12+ years program management experience delivering software products.
- Proven ability to balance short-term delivery against long-term process and capability improvements.
- Experience coordinating across functional teams and managing complex dependencies.
- Experience defining and tracking metrics to improve execution.
Nice-to-have
- Past experience as a software developer.
- Experience managing SoC, GPU, or CPU projects.
- Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing.
- Experience with software productivity tools and process automation.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
Additional information
Base salary ranges (location- and level-dependent): Level 5: 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD; Level 6: 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD. Eligible for equity and benefits. Applications accepted through at least 2026-08-29.
