Job Title

Senior Technical Program Manager - AI Acceleration

Role Summary

Lead cross-functional programs that bring AI capabilities into chip-design workflows, enabling faster, higher-quality silicon development. Work across ASIC, research, platform, and third-party partners to define requirements, drive technical alignment, and deliver production-ready AI tools and integrations.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Requires senior technical program management experience; posting specifies 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-for-chip-design initiatives and act as the primary program and product interface across engineering teams and partners.

  • Plan, track, and drive multi-team programs for AI capabilities across silicon design workflows.
  • Define program plans, timelines, risks, metrics, and status reports for leadership.
  • Lead technical design and integration discussions between AI engineers, hardware teams, platform groups, and third-party vendors.
  • Operationalize evaluation, deployment, and adoption of internal and external AI tools for engineering workflows.
  • Prioritize requirements and translate user needs into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to measure execution, quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Serve as central point of communication for dependencies, status, and program insights.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to prioritize initiatives that improve silicon development productivity.

Requirements

Must-have technical program management skills and domain knowledge; degree requirements are summarized separately under Education Requirements.

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience spanning AI and ASIC chip design.
  • Strong knowledge of RTL design, simulation, and formal verification; solid software engineering and system architecture understanding.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, integrating, or enabling AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or AI productivity tools in engineering workflows.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and influence technical decisions, architecture, and prioritization.
  • Experience managing programs from concept through production, including planning, execution, risk management, and large-scale delivery.
  • Ability to gather, synthesize, and prioritize technical requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for translating complex technical concepts into clear program direction.
  • Nice-to-have: experience integrating third-party enterprise tools, familiarity with cloud-scale infrastructure and data pipelines, and cross-geography coordination.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. The posting explicitly allows equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree.
