Senior Technical Program Manager

Role Summary

The Senior Technical Program Manager will join the Digital Verification Technologies (DVT) team to coordinate executive-level programs, track action items and deliverables for high-priority initiatives, and organize training and knowledge-sharing across distributed teams.

The role acts as a central coordinator between leadership and multiple global teams to ensure timely follow-up, clear communication, and effective reporting of program status.

Experience Level

Senior — typically 8+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include program coordination, meeting and training logistics, and executive communications.

  • Track and follow up on critical action items and deliverables for high-priority projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize progress (e.g., OSS tracking) and drive timely follow-ups.
  • Serve as central coordination point between leadership and project teams to streamline communication and execution.
  • Plan and organize virtual and in-person training sessions, cross-geography meetings, and knowledge-sharing events.
  • Manage access controls and organization of training materials, KT sessions, and domain knowledge repositories.
  • Create executive-level presentations and visual storytelling to communicate technical strategies and program status to stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience required to perform the role effectively.

  • Proven experience managing complex programs and multiple stakeholders across global teams.
  • Strong skills in data tracking, analysis, and reporting; experience creating dashboards and visualizations.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with program/project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain follow-through on actions and deliverables.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with training coordination and knowledge management systems.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is expected; an advanced degree is preferred.
