Job Title

Senior Technical Program Integration Manager - SATAS Program

Role Summary

Primary program integration and operations owner for the Semiconductor Assembly Test Automation Standardization (SATAS) program. Responsible for execution cadence, dashboard ownership, cross-swimlane coordination, and program-level reporting across Intel teams, Japan-based partners, equipment suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Intel Contract Employee (ICE): initial 2-year contract with possible 1-year extension. This role requires an on-site presence in Phoenix, AZ and occasional international travel.

Experience Level

Senior β€” 7+ years of relevant experience (technical program management, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or related fields).

Responsibilities

Support SATAS program execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and own meeting cadence and program artifacts.

  • Own weekly SATAS sync, Intel SATAS synergy meetings, meeting agendas, notes, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Maintain integrated program plan, execution dashboard, milestone tracker, dependency map, action register, risk/issues log, and decision log.
  • Coordinate across swimlane owners, Intel Japan stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to close actions and resolve ambiguities.
  • Identify cross-functional gaps, schedule risks, and escalation needs; drive remediation and ownership closure.
  • Prepare concise program updates, executive summaries, dashboards, and review materials for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support pilot-line readiness and technical integration planning (equipment, AMHS, automation stack, MES/MCS, machine controls, servers/PCs/network).
  • Drive sustainability-related program activities: energy consumption measurement, reduction and waste-reduction metrics, and integration into program plans.

Requirements

  • Must-have: 7+ years of experience in technical program management, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, factory automation, systems integration, or related fields with experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
  • Must-have: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment development and deployment and proven experience managing integrated schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
  • Must-have: Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional/global teams without direct authority; strong stakeholder management and communication across time zones.
  • Must-have: Ability to translate technical swimlane status into program-level risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and escalation items.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with CAD tools, data analysis, program management tools, MES/MCS/SC, SEMI standards, V-Diagram systems, and sustainability or operational-excellence initiatives.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
