Senior Technical Product Engineer - Implementation
Role Summary
Lead product engineering for implementation tools focused on synthesis, RTL architecture, place-and-route, and ECO methodologies. Work directly with customers and internal teams to define product requirements, develop prototypes, and drive release readiness.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Engage with customers to identify and prioritize high-value implementation problems related to PPA and multi-physics closure.
- Analyze market and competitive trends to inform product roadmap for implementation flows, including advanced nodes and GenAI-driven flows.
- Define Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and collaborate on Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with product engineers and DRIs.
- Write code prototypes that serve as executable specifications to demonstrate features and guide development.
- Manage release readiness and define criteria for Alpha, Beta, Limited Customer Availability, and General Availability stages.
- Enable field and partner teams with training, benchmarks, and go-to-market materials to drive adoption.
- Represent the product at customer forums and industry conferences as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and partners to close product gaps and deliver value.
Requirements
