Responsibilities
The role focuses on driver and diagnostic software development across the full software lifecycle and close collaboration with hardware and architecture teams.
- Develop and maintain drivers and automated tests through the full software development lifecycle.
- Work with software, hardware, and architecture teams to implement and optimize features for SoC diagnostic solutions.
- Triage, debug, and implement fixes in the software stack, including low-level kernel/driver layers.
- Author and maintain reliable diagnostic software used in data center and automotive products.
- Communicate technical status and requirements with peers, customers, and partners.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience for the role.
- Strong C and C++ programming skills.
- Thorough understanding of operating systems and kernel-level programming.
- Familiarity with SoC architecture and ability to work close to the hardware.
- Experience debugging complex system software and problem-solving in large code bases.
- Good communication and planning skills to coordinate across teams.
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of Linux kernel internals, solid understanding of ARM platforms, and prior experience with diagnostic software solutions.
Education Requirements
