Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities for managing SoC development programs and leading the local PM office.

• Drive program management across all SoC development phases: architecture definition, design, silicon validation, and product release.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, ownership, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project reviews and regular meetings with global cross-functional stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor project health, provide transparency, and support executive and senior management reporting.
• Act as primary escalation point for issues and lead resolution efforts.
• Perform risk assessments and drive mitigation plans; support technical decision-making and architectural reviews.
• Consolidate and improve SoC development flow across the R&D organization.

Requirements

Essential skills and experience for success in this role.

• Proven experience managing complex semiconductor or SoC development projects from concept through silicon bring-up and production release.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Practical experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira (or equivalent).
• Good understanding of semiconductor product development, system architecture, and SoC design flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to operate effectively in complex technical environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills; able to influence peers and senior leaders and balance detailed analysis with strategic perspective.
• Adaptable and resilient under pressure, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
