Senior System Level Test Engineer

Role Summary

Develop and maintain manufacturing GPU/CPU diagnostic test programs used as final tests for chips. Work in the Test Solutions Group to deliver, validate, and monitor test software and firmware for manufacturing partners and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve issues and improve test effectiveness and throughput.

Experience Level

Senior — typically requires 5+ years of post-silicon validation or system-level product test experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include developing, validating, supporting, and improving system-level test programs and processes:

• Design, implement, validate, and maintain diagnostic/test programs for NVIDIA GPUs and system-level products.
• Support test program deployment in manufacturing and troubleshoot program failures.
• Collaborate with ASIC, ATE, systems/silicon validation, software, VBIOS, and product engineering teams to isolate and resolve issues.
• Monitor test program performance and analyze results to improve efficiency, coverage, and throughput.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive projects with minimal supervision and manage priorities across multiple teams.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications and skills:

• 5+ years of post-silicon validation experience in system-level products.
• Proven ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software stack issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; able to collaborate across locations.
• Good organization, logical problem-solving, time management, and task prioritization skills.
• Proactive, self-directed, and able to drive projects across multiple teams.
