Senior β typically 3+ years of relevant system electronics integration experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on system-level integration, test, and cross-functional coordination to ensure reliable operation of complex electronic subsystems.
- Define and manage system interfaces: power distribution, timing distribution, cabling, and connectivity between electronic subsystems and components.
- Design and document EDN rack/vacuum/cryogenic layouts and connectivity.
- Develop and execute system-level integration and validation test plans covering hardware, firmware, and software interactions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and validate complex system behaviors and interactions across multiple subsystems.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to meet technical requirements and schedules with system and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with system requirements, safety standards, and design specifications.
- Create and maintain interface control documents, schematics, design specifications, and contribute to system BOMs.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and core skills required to perform the role.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in system electronics integration.
- Experience with clock/timing distribution, power distribution, and grounding schemes.
- Experience with firmware validation and software control of hardware systems.
