Senior Staff Test Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and validate automated test equipment (ATE) solutions and test plans for Marvell silicon products, ensuring devices meet specifications for characterization, wafer sort and production.
Work closely with design, DFx and product engineering to make features testable, convert design test patterns to ATE formats, and deploy production test programs.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include development, validation, and deployment of ATE solutions and test methodologies.
- Lead development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms.
- Design and develop high-speed ATE test hardware and interfaces.
- Create detailed test plans, methodologies, and documentation that satisfy product specifications.
- Participate in testability and test plan reviews with DFx and Design teams; define yield and test strategies.
- Convert test patterns from design/simulation formats to ATE formats.
- Optimize test flows to reduce test time, improve yield, and remove unnecessary steps.
- Release production test programs in collaboration with product and test engineers.

- Expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Perl, and Python; proficient in Linux environments.
- Experience developing or specifying ATE test hardware for high-speed applications.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as required by U.S. export control laws (export license review may apply).
- Nice to have: experience optimizing test flows for production and delivering released production test programs.
Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
