Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

Role Summary

Lead technical program management for SoC and IP design projects within Marvell's compute and custom solutions organization. Coordinate cross-functional engineering, product and operations teams to plan, track, and deliver complex silicon platforms to production.

Drive process and methodology improvements and provide program leadership across multiple product lines.

Experience Level

Senior — typically requires 15+ years of relevant program or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Primary duties focus on planning, tracking, and delivering complex chip and IP development programs.

  • Plan, track, and manage SoC and/or IP design projects; oversee schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and reporting across engineering, product, and operations groups.
  • Drive process and methodology improvement initiatives across functional teams and domains.
  • Prioritize work, assign tasks, and manage multiple concurrent complex projects to meet delivery commitments.
  • Support validation, release readiness, and transition of designs into mass production.

Requirements

Key must-have skills and experience.

  • 15+ years' experience in program management for SoC design and/or IP design projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and present data with clear recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep practical understanding of the chip development lifecycle and production readiness processes.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • May require eligibility for access to export-controlled technology; candidates may be subject to export license review.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (for example, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering) as stated in the posting.
