Experience Level

Senior — no explicit years-of-experience stated in the posting.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Spearhead development of ATE test solutions for characterization, wafer sort, and production on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms.
  • Design and develop high-speed ATE test hardware and interfaces.
  • Create detailed test plans, methodologies, and documentation aligned with product specifications.
  • Convert test patterns from design/simulation environments into ATE formats.
  • Participate in testability and test plan reviews with DFx and Design teams.
  • Optimize test flows to reduce test time, remove unnecessary steps, and improve yield.
  • Release production test programs in collaboration with product and yield engineers.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and capabilities:

  • Proven expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process understanding, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
  • Strong software skills: C/C++, Perl, Python and comfortable in a Linux environment.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; able to work cross-functionally with design and DFx teams.
  • Self-motivated individual contributor able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have:
