Senior Staff R&D Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and own significant features in RedHawk-SC, a distributed analytics platform for semiconductor power and reliability analysis. Work primarily in C++ on Linux to deliver scalable, high-performance, production-quality software.
Join the RedHawk-SC R&D team to improve runtime, memory efficiency, test coverage, and overall platform quality for engineers solving power integrity and reliability problems in advanced SoC designs.
Experience Level

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include ownership of features, performance optimization, and ensuring quality at scale.
- Design, implement, and own medium-to-large features in a distributed power and reliability analysis platform.
- Drive projects from design through implementation, testing, and delivery with limited oversight.
- Optimize runtime performance and memory usage to scale across large datasets.
- Diagnose and resolve complex defects in C++ on Linux systems.
- Develop and maintain unit, regression, and system-level tests to improve quality.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and cross-team technical collaboration.
Requirements

- Must-have: Strong C++ development skills including debugging, performance optimization, and memory management.
