Senior Staff Program Manager, IP Products
Role Summary
Lead program and operational efforts for Synopsys' Interface IP engineering organization in Mississauga, driving cross-functional execution, process improvements, and AI-enabled workflow adoption. Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable roadmaps and ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams.
Experience Level
Senior — 8+ years of experience in operational strategy, program management, or technical program delivery in engineering or technical environments.
Responsibilities
Operate at the intersection of technical delivery and business strategy; coordinate cross-functional teams and improve processes to increase delivery speed, quality, and automation.
- Partner with Interface IP senior leadership to define and execute strategic business plans and roadmaps.
- Oversee high-stakes quotes and programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Lead operational-efficiency initiatives, focusing on deploying and scaling AI tools and design flows across the IP group.
- Design, implement, and refine performance-management processes to improve accountability and transparency.
- Establish and maintain communication channels to keep engineering teams informed on technology updates and unified flows.
- Coordinate customer-facing messaging and delivery consistency across business units.

- Must-have: Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Must-have: Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with analog or digital hardware design or prior work with semiconductor/IP engineering teams.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, or a related field is listed as the expected qualification. Analog or digital hardware design experience is noted as a plus.
