Role Summary

Lead multi-site program teams to deliver custom and standard integrated circuits for Tier‑1 customers. Own projects end-to-end across the product development lifecycle and act as the primary internal contact for project execution.

Position is based in the Manufacturing organization in Germering and supports global customer engagement within Renesas' semiconductor business.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include project leadership, customer communication, planning, and governance.

• Lead multi-site project teams and provide full project ownership.
• Manage all product development phases from project initiation through end-of-life.
• Establish and maintain vendor and customer relationships; communicate status and requirements regularly.
• Define, track and communicate project plans, key milestones, budgets and resource requirements.
• Organize and lead regular project team meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate and conduct project gate reviews; ensure process compliance and document exceptions.
• Identify risks and issues early, recommend corrective actions and drive resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery to scope, schedule and budget.

• Proven program/project management experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated success managing Tier‑1 customer accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex project situations under high time pressure.
• Confident English speaker in a global business environment.
• Self-motivated, service-oriented and able to work across teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including MS Project.

Education Requirements

Degree in engineering or science. Project Management certificate (PMP) is a plus.
