Senior Staff Engineer, Solutions Engineering
Role Summary
Lead post-silicon debug and testability development for PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature, Current, Droop) IP sensors. Enable IP productization, produce post-silicon reports and analysis, and collaborate across physical, board, and package design teams.
Work within the PVT IP group to ensure sensor reliability and performance for silicon lifecycle monitoring; engage in hands-on lab validation and technical support for internal teams and customers.
Experience Level
Senior; typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include post-silicon debug, product enablement, and cross-domain collaboration.
- Serve as the single point of contact for post-silicon debug activities.
- Plan and execute hands-on post-silicon test setups and validation.
- Enable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and support IP product development.
- Collaborate on top-level physical design, board-level, and package-level design issues.
- Develop post-silicon reports, perform debug analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Mentor internal teams and support external customers during debug and deployment.
Requirements

- Practical knowledge of Digital and AMS chip design and post-silicon debug flows.
- Expertise in RTL development and physical design implementation.

- Detail-oriented approach to IP debugging and reporting.
Education Requirements
