Responsibilities
The role will:
- Work with customers to understand technical challenges and deliver solutions using Synopsys tools and platforms.
- Drive adoption and integration of EDA tools into customer design and verification flows to improve performance and utilization.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with R&D and product management to influence product direction and resolve complex technical issues.
- Author and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best-practice guides.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, bug tracking, and custom solution development.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Must-have:
- Strong expertise in ASIC and FPGA design and verification methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with EDA tools (synthesis, simulation, formal verification).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Perl, TCL or similar).
- Solid understanding of digital design, SoC architectures, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently; strong customer-facing communication skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience delivering customer training, workshops, or technical demonstrations.
- Prior involvement in pre-sales support or product feedback loops with R&D/product teams.
