Senior Staff Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Verify digital and mixed-signal PHY IPs by developing and executing functional verification plans, testcases, and reusable UVM testbenches. Work closely with digital design teams to validate RTL and gate-level behavior, debug failures, and ensure performance and power targets are met.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Partner with digital design teams to verify mixed-signal PHY IPs.
- Develop and execute functional verification plans and testcases.
- Run RTL and gate-level simulations (including UVM-based flows) and analyze results.
- Debug failures using waveform analysis and produce clear root-cause reports.
- Perform code coverage analysis and drive coverage closure.
- Deliver reusable testbench components and verification artifacts to accelerate future projects.
- Provide data and analysis to help teams meet performance and power targets.
Requirements
Must-have and desirable qualifications:
- Must-have: 2+ years of design verification experience; strong RTL and gate-level simulation and debugging skills.
- Nice-to-have: Hands-on UVM verification experience; experience with high-speed protocols such as DDR, HBM, PCIe; familiarity with power analysis and mixed-signal PHY verification.
- Clear technical communication, strong root-cause analysis, and good documentation practices.
