Senior/Staff ATE Test Engineer
Role Summary
This role is part of Arm's Solutions Test Team, focusing on emerging process technologies across various segments, including Cloud, Infra, IoT, and Auto. The team collaborates with IP, SoC Design, Product, and Systems teams to enhance test engineering capabilities at Arm, especially for production and characterization challenges.
Experience Level
Senior level with over 8 years of experience in semiconductor product development is required.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Driving test strategy development for new projects.
- Developing and implementing ATE production and characterization plans.
- Owning ATE test program development, including test methods and flow development.
- Guiding ATE test hardware development in collaboration with vendors.
Requirements
Applicants must have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of ATE test program development including test method/flow, characterization, and debug.
- Experience in end-to-end project execution from architecture to production.
- Strong project ownership and capability to lead teams and external vendors.
- Experience with DFT techniques and semiconductor fabrication processes.
Education Requirements
A degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
