- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to customers adopting HAV solutions.
- Create and deliver demos, proofs-of-concept, and reference flows for customer environments.
- Troubleshoot integration and performance issues; reproduce and isolate customer problems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convey customer requirements and product feedback.
- Develop tooling, scripts, and example integrations to accelerate customer success.
- Mentor and lead less-experienced engineers on the applications team.
