Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EDA tools and design flows.
• Reproduce, isolate, and debug complex customer issues; propose and validate fixes or workarounds.
• Deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and proof-of-concept evaluations for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to escalate bugs and influence product improvements.
• Create and maintain diagnostic scripts, testcases, and documentation to accelerate issue resolution.
• Mentor and coach junior application engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Must-have: Extensive hands-on experience with EDA tools and ASIC/FPGA design flows; strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Must-have: Proficiency with Linux and scripting (Python, TCL, or similar); familiarity with tool integration and automation.
• Must-have: Strong customer-facing and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Synopsys toolchains and complex flow optimization.
• Nice-to-have: Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
