Senior Staff Analog Engineer
Role Summary
The Senior Staff Analog Engineer will design analog and mixed-signal ICs and integrated analog systems for automotive and industrial sensors. The role provides technical leadership on circuit-block design, system architecture, verification, and product qualification within the Sensors Division in Prague.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include design, verification, and cross-functional delivery of analog/mixed-signal products.
- Design and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs for automotive and industrial applications.
- Model, simulate, and verify mixed-signal systems using industry EDA tools.
- Act as lead designer for key circuit blocks and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and engage with customers to define technical requirements.
- Collaborate with system architects, digital, layout, product, and test teams throughout development.
- Conduct design reviews, ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, and support product qualification.
- Produce technical documentation and mentor junior engineers to promote engineering best practices.
Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
- Strong knowledge of analog design principles, semiconductor physics, and mixed-signal IC development.
- Proven track record of taking complex analog/mixed-signal designs from concept to production.
- Experience designing for automotive and industrial application requirements.
- Proficiency with circuit simulation and verification tools; ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across teams and with customers.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and willing to undertake occasional international travel.
Education Requirements
University degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline (explicitly stated).
