Senior Software Program Manager – CSP Engagements
Role Summary
Lead technical engagements between NVIDIA system software organizations and hyperscale cloud service providers (CSPs) to ensure platform, firmware, and software readiness for NVIDIA datacenter solutions such as Vera Rubin NVL72.
You will act as the primary NVIDIA technical contact for CSP system, platform, and AI engineering teams, owning the engagement lifecycle from early alignment and bring-up through large-scale deployment and production support.

Senior — requires substantial technical leadership and domain experience; posting specifies 10+ years in systems software, embedded software, or datacenter server development with leadership responsibility.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on technical partnership, readiness, risk management, and deployment support for NVIDIA datacenter platforms at hyperscale.
- Lead deep technical engagements with hyperscale CSPs as the primary NVIDIA point of contact for system software, firmware, and platform readiness.
- Partner with CSP system software, firmware, and infrastructure engineering leaders to align on architecture, bring-up plans, and production requirements.
- Represent CSP priorities internally and drive tradeoff decisions across system software, firmware, hardware, silicon, and product teams.
- Own the end-to-end CSP engagement lifecycle: technical alignment, pre-production readiness, deployment, escalation management, and sustained production support.
- Translate CSP system-level requirements into actionable tasks for NVIDIA engineering and communicate NVIDIA platform capabilities and limitations back to customers.
- Identify and manage cross-company technical risks including OS enablement, firmware maturity, observability, reliability, and HW/SW integration.
- Support rack-scale and multi-rack deployments by coordinating CSP infrastructure teams with NVIDIA engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-have technical and leadership qualifications. Separate "nice-to-have" items follow.
- Strong technical background in systems or embedded software; hands-on experience with Linux kernel/drivers, server firmware (BMC/BIOS/UEFI), or datacenter platform bring-up and HW/SW interfaces.
- Proven technical leadership as a software engineering manager, technical lead/architect, or senior systems/platform engineer on large cross-functional programs.
- Experience delivering datacenter server software or rack-scale systems (not just application or SaaS software).
- Experience working directly with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on bring-up, performance, reliability, observability, and deployment readiness topics.
- Ability to influence and align senior engineers, architects, and executives across organizations and companies.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in systems software, embedded software, or datacenter server development with leadership responsibility.
Nice-to-have:
- Direct experience with NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 platforms and platform enablement efforts.
- Prior CSP-facing engagements for NVIDIA datacenter platforms, translating platform capabilities into production-ready solutions.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA datacenter software stack: bring-up, platform integration, observability, reliability, and hyperscale deployment considerations.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
