Role Summary

Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for developing high-performance Electronic Design Automation (EDA) solutions for Static Timing Analysis (STA). This role owns technical strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of scalable, production-grade software across a globally distributed organization.

Drive customer and product engagement with semiconductor partners while building engineering capability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, including managers, architects, and senior technical leaders across global locations.

• Drive architecture and algorithm decisions for high-performance computing and statistical timing analysis.
• Partner with product management, customers, and executives to align product strategy and technical direction.
• Ensure timely delivery of complex software products and maintain operational efficiency.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior technical talent and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

• Track record of delivering complex, production-grade software products.
• Deep technical expertise in high-performance computing, algorithms, and semiconductor design methodologies relevant to STA.
• Experience with statistical timing analysis and performance optimization at scale.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to influence product strategy with key semiconductor customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and operational leadership skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience building and scaling globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Previous work in EDA tools or semiconductor toolchains.
