Responsibilities

- Design and implement ML graph compilation components and passes.

- Profile and optimise performance for ML and GenAI workloads.

- Fluency in written and spoken English and effective communication skills.

- Experience with software simulators and/or FPGAs.
- Exposure to driver development, inference engines (e.g. llama.cpp, vLLM), or performance analysis of ML/GenAI workloads.
- Familiarity with NPUs or GPUs and how they are used for ML.
