Senior SoC Verification Engineer (UVM/SystemVerilog)

Role Summary

Remote senior engineer responsible for functional verification of complex system-on-chip (SoC) designs. Work with a distributed verification team to define verification scope, implement test environments, and validate RTL behavior.

Primary focus is developing and executing UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches, debugging design and testbench issues, and ensuring coverage and quality of SoC silicon deliverables.

Responsibilities

The role involves hands-on verification work across SoC blocks and full-chip environments.

• Develop verification plans and test strategies for SoC features and subsystems.
• Design and implement UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches, environments, sequences, and scoreboards.
• Create directed and constrained-random tests; implement assertions and functional coverage.
• Debug RTL and testbench failures using simulation and waveform analysis; triage issues with design teams.
• Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and validation engineers across distributed teams.
• Contribute to verification infrastructure, automation, and continuous integration for regression runs.
