Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading top-level SoC integration encompassing CPU subsystems and peripheral IPs.
- Owning SoC RTL integration, lint/CDC/RC checking, and timing closure support.
- Defining and maintaining SoC-level interfaces and integration specifications.
- Collaborating with architecture and design teams for seamless IP integration.
- Integrating and validating CPU cores and resolving related issues.
- Collaborating with DFT teams to integrate necessary test structures.
- Working with various teams throughout the chip development cycle.
- Mentoring junior engineers and improving integration flows and methodologies.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (Ph.D. is a plus).
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor SoC and CPU subsystem integration.
- Expertise in CPU IP integration (ARM, ARC, RISC‑V) and DFT integration.
- Proficiency in RTL design, lint, CDC, and related methodologies.
- Solid understanding of SoC architecture and bus protocols.
- Familiarity with simulation and silicon debugging tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability in driving complex technical issues.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Ph.D. is a plus.
