The Senior SoC DFT Engineer will join the Connectivity team within the Embedded Processing Division, focusing on implementing and validating DFT strategies throughout the product development cycle. The role ensures the testability and quality of semiconductor designs.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 4-5 years experience in DFT, focusing on digital and mixed signal designs
- Proficiency in DFT tools like Cadence Modus and Genus
- Experience with ATPG, scan insertion, and high complexity design test pattern generation
- Hands-on experience with DFT-related EDA tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of DFT techniques and standards (e.g., IEEE 1149.1)
- Experience in scripting languages for automation and data analysis (desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
