Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing validation boards and schematics to align with customer applications.
- Creating and documenting a comprehensive validation plan.
- Defining validation strategy in hardware, software, and instrumentation.
- Building and executing validation test cases using various scripting languages.
- Automating validation strategies through methodology and hardware innovations.
- Performing system-level tests, debugging issues, and collaborating with design teams.
- Engaging with customers to address issues and propose fixes.
Requirements
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in silicon validation for mixed-signal devices.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in hardware debugging and schematic/PCB design.
- Familiarity with tools such as Simplis, Matlab, and Altium.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and LabVIEW.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
