Senior Server Ecosystems Manager

Role Summary

The Senior Server Ecosystems Manager will act as the technical liaison between Micron's memory portfolio and SoC/IP ecosystem partners to drive successful memory-subsystem integration. The role focuses on enablement strategy, roadmap alignment, bring-up readiness, validation readiness, technical risk management, and specification collaboration with Product Architecture.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include ecosystem enablement, cross-functional alignment, and product lifecycle support.

  • Serve as the technical bridge between Micron memory products and SoC/IP partners to enable subsystem integration.
  • Develop enablement strategies and align internal and external technology roadmaps with Product Architecture and partners.
  • Support controller and PHY bring-up, validation readiness, and identify technical dependencies and schedule risks.
  • Support product definition, positioning, pricing, and promotion to meet segment goals.
  • Contribute to product lifecycle management and global business planning for memory/storage products.
  • Analyze market, customer, and competitive data to inform product and enablement decisions.
  • Partner with sales, engineering, and operations to align execution with business plans and roadmaps.
  • Maintain product data, dashboards, and materials that support roadmap prioritization and partner engagement.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and core experience required for the role.

  • Experience in product marketing, business analysis, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market and customer data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with data tools and dashboards (for example, Excel and reporting platforms).
  • Experience with SoC IP development.
  • Working knowledge of SoC initial bring-up and validation processes.
  • Familiarity with JEDEC standards for memory.

Nice-to-have / preferred:

  • Experience in the semiconductor, memory, or storage industry.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product information systems (PIM).
  • Experience presenting to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear market messaging and positioning.
  • Experience supporting roadmap planning, product prioritization, and global business planning.
  • Interest in process improvement and using AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
